For Spring 2020 , I wanted to design a collection of cakes with new techniques that mirror Paris Fashion week. This tall square wedding cake was inspired by top jewellery designers with these keepsake modern pastel pink / lilac/ blue sugar flowers with gem and jewell centres. These fashionable florals were paired a soft grey/blue garden motif. Thank you to Esposa Prive in Dubai for allowing me to capture the design amongst their gorgeous gowns.

I just wanted to quickley share one of my favourite new designs that is what I feel very signature to my design aesthetic . Spring blossoms have always been one of the most beautiful thing to to me and it’s taken me year to find ways to capture the softness and ethereal look to a lush tree of spring blooms in edible form paired with royal icing lace .
